"Just got a 134a recovery unit..."
I just got a 134a recovery and servicing device for the corporate aircraft where I work. The salesman, Mark Berrio, was super helpful in picking out a unit that fit my needs; his assistance was a big plus for the company. Overall, a really good experience.

On the downside, the unit only ran for about twenty minutes before it shut off. A quick check showed a broken solder on the underside of the power cable receptacle, which I managed to access and re-solder. Problem fixed! This isn’t a fault of JMC, but rather the manufacturer.

"Fantastic Experience with JMC Automotive Equipment"
JMC Automotive Equipment was fantastic! They were a breeze to deal with! Now, AMGO, on the flip side, really ought to step up their packaging game! I received four saddle pads for my lift just tossed into a box. By the time they arrived, they were pretty banged up. But hey, that’s no knock on JMC; they were excellent.

"Received an email about an order from..."
I got an email about an order from October 2021. We purchased a compressor for nearly $7000. It showed up in January, but not even five months later, it broke down. I reached out to JMC for warranty details and hit a wall. They kept giving me the runaround and promised callbacks that never happened. After two weeks without a compressor and over $10,000 in lost work, I figured out how to get in touch with E-Max directly. They sent me a replacement unit in just 24 hours. Now, we need another compressor for a different building. We’re definitely going with E-Max again, but this time, we’ll either buy directly or go through one of their preferred distributors.

"My Experience with a JMC Lift"
I got a lift from JMC, set it up, and after about a year and a half, I ran into an issue with a hydraulic line. I reached out to their tech support team, and they were super helpful in figuring out what was wrong. They sent me a new hose under warranty, I put it in, and everything was back to normal in just a few days. I was really happy with the assistance and follow-up I got. Things can go sideways sometimes, but it’s great to have the kind of support and know-how that I experienced.
